Your paid 2008 membership dues include the registration fee for the AADS
Annual Meeting. You must complete the registration form indicating
your attendance in order to receive program materials and be included in the
Mentorship Breakfast and Joint APD/AADS Luncheon.

The mission of the Association of Academic Dermatologic Surgeons is to
promote education in dermatologic surgery. The objectives of the AADS are to
1) define the surgical curriculum for dermatology training, 2) encourage
innovation in dermatologic surgery training methods, 3) provide a forum for
discussion among academic faculty of dermatology training programs, 4)
promote cooperative relationships between the AADS and other professional
organizations whose goals are to educate trainees and physicians in
procedural dermatology, and 5) promote liaison relationships between the
AADS and the APD.
Membership
AADS Membership is open to
dermatologic surgeons with an academic appointment that is full-time,
part-time or volunteer. Membership is based upon recommendation of
chairmen of departments at which the appointment is held. Please
