Fellows/Resident/Medical Students

We would like to invite your rising Chief Residents to join the Class of 2013 of The Chief Academy: Building a Foundation for Successful Chief Residents to be held in Chicago on June 1-2, 2013.

This intensive weekend workshop was designed by dermatology program directors, department chairs and former chief residents to be a comprehensive course in the elements of being an excellent Chief Resident.  It includes instruction and discussion on leadership, administration, conflict resolution and management and many more skills that will benefit them during their Chief year and beyond.  

Over the past 5 years, we have received great feedback from program directors and department chairs that have benefited from having well prepared Chief Residents that have added value to their programs. Not only have the graduates of The Chief Academy excelled as exceptional Chief Residents, some have even returned to serve as faculty at The Chief Academy.
