Assistant Professor - Mohs Surgery and Procedural Dermatology
The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Dermatology, is searching for a full-time Assistant Professor. The appointee will have clinical responsibilities including Mohs micrographic surgery, procedural and cosmetic clinics and shared on-call activity at University of Chicago Medicine. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity. We especially welcome applicants with interests in medical education, a sub-specialty and/or the ability to direct and implement a specialty program in dermatology. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent upon qualifications.

Requirements:
Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, 3) be Board Certified or Eligible in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery or equivalent, and 4) have completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology/Procedural Dermatology or equivalent training approved by the American College of Mohs Surgery.
